I’m not a productivity coach.
I don’t even like the word productivity – it often means pushing beyond your limits, measuring your worth by output, and pretending everything’s fine.
For 10+ years I worked in digital consulting. From the outside, I looked “together”. Inside, I was scattered, exhausted by the little things.
I left, thinking more time would fix everything. It didn’t.
While caring for my cat Layla through daily chemo (she had intestinal lymphoma), I rebuilt my days around care, rhythm, presence.
I created simple tools – spreadsheets and planners that felt good to use – and slowly, I came back to myself.
That became the first version of The Calm Life Lab™.
I also live with vitiligo, a visible skin condition. It taught me gentleness in discomfort – and that’s how I approach change now: compassion, consistency, and systems that support who you really are.
